if you want to marry other religion girl you can register your marriage under special marriage Act.
1.both have to give one month prior notice.
2.notice will be sent to local registration office of the bride and groom.
3.if there is any objection received, the registrar will pass suitable order.
4.if there is no objection from both side, then the marriage registrar will register your marriage and issue marriage certificate.

Since both are belongs to hindu and christian religion and you have a every right to perform your marriage as per any one's religious customs and rights. You can get married as per hindu customary rights or as per christian religious customs and rights.
Based on marriage ceremony performed asper any one of customs you can register the same under Karnataka compulsory registration of marriages act . For this no need to covert bride or groom. Without any conversion they can register the marriage like special marriage act.

Marriage traditions differ depending on culture, Islamic sects, and observance of gender separation rules. Marriage is a legal contract between two people. A formal binding contract is considered integral to a religiously valid Islamic marriage, and outlines the rights and responsibilities of the groom and bride.
